Our approach? It started with a comprehensive change process designed to help understand the needs, fears and different cultures of the firms and their employees. In a first step, we therefore conducted (in-depth) interviews with the entire management team, set up an anonymous employee survey and installed a hotline and a neutral employee email address for questions. We were on site for several weeks, guiding the entire process.
After evaluating all the results, we came to the conclusion that the four companies needed a unifying corporate culture. We conducted a two-day brand-building workshop with the employees and the management. The result: the new “J+P Group” – with a new code of values, a unifying tagline, mission, vision and a compelling company story.
The current aim is to fill the newly developed “J+P Group” brand with life. For more than a year now, we have been supporting our customer in building their brand. In addition to a new website including an intranet, communication is currently being implemented both internally (intranet, creating opportunities for interaction, events, etc.) and externally (customer communication, client acquisition activities, media relations, etc.). And indeed: the group is slowly but surely growing together.
