Lifetec aims to position itself as the leading partner for holistic consulting, training, and intelligent systems in the areas of health protection, safety, and environmental protection (HSE) within the Swiss market. As a PR agency, our role is to reinforce this ambition through targeted, audience-specific communication while making complex topics—such as the use of defibrillators, first aid systems, and HSE concepts—both engaging and easy to understand on social media.
Storytelling is an art – and we love a good challenge!
Our collaboration with Lifetec began with an in-depth stakeholder workshop and a comprehensive brand check-up. Together with the Lifetec team, we identified and prioritized key target groups, systematically analyzing their specific needs and challenges. Based on these insights, we developed core communication messages and defined relevant topics – all with a clear goal: to position Lifetec as a reliable and leading partner in the Swiss HSE market. A partner that offers “everything from a single source” – from analysis and concept development to implementation – for companies, SMEs, and municipalities.
Building on this foundation, we revised the website by analyzing its structure, layout, content, and visual design. We provided concrete recommendations to optimize the entire site as well as the user journey. Our main focus was to ensure that visitors immediately understand what Lifetec stands for and can access relevant information with just a few clicks.
But a strong website alone isn’t enough. To increase Lifetec’s visibility beyond its own platforms, we developed a social media strategy and tackled a key challenge: How do you communicate technically complex B2B topics like defibrillators, first aid systems, and training in an innovative and contemporary way?Our answer: with bold storytelling, smart content, and a clear strategy that turns expert topics into real attention-grabbers. This approach transformed Lifetec’s social media channels into a stage for expertise, relevance, and continuous growth.
To further enhance Lifetec’s visibility and expertise, we also focus on editorial formats. A key component of this is the development of blog posts for the website. For these, we regularly conduct interviews with Lifetec employees on topics such as “Shift Work and Sleep” or “Mental Health in the Workplace.”
Through this comprehensive communication support, we successfully position Lifetec as a relevant, trustworthy brand in the HSE industry – approachable, competent, and modern.
