SAWI is one of the leading further education schools in Switzerland for marketing, communication, sales and digital. In order to adapt to the fast-changing market, their programme and appearance should change moderately.
Kontx conducted a two-day strategy workshop together with the client to define a new approach for SAWI’s appearance and to redesign the course programme with a focus on the topic of digitalisation in companies.
With the help of creative techniques and the approach of design thinking, the claim “SAWI – the learning boutique for everyone” was created and a redefinition of the course programme through short, digitally focused trainings.
As part of the moderate revision of the positioning, a new brand story including key words and theme clusters was created as the basis for the entire communication.
In order to convincingly market the new orientation and the new programme visually and in terms of content, Kontx created brand videos with selected teachers who presented the new course programme in a smart and contemporary way.
These were also used as a marketing tool to attract new students in digital campaigns and with a good call-to-action. We accompanied the repositioning through specialist PR work, trade fair appearances, a blog, social media communication and ad campaigns on social media over a period of several years.
