Our approach to the solution? We started with a comprehensive change process to understand the needs, fears and different cultures of the companies and their employees. As a first step, we conducted (in-depth) interviews with the entire management team, set up an anonymous employee survey, installed a hotline and a neutral employee email address for questions. We were on site for several weeks and accompanied the entire process.
After evaluating all the results, we came to the conclusion that the four companies needed a unified corporate culture. We conducted a two-day brand building workshop with employees and the management. The result: the new “J+P Group” – with a new set of values, a single company motto, mission, vision and a convincing corporate story.
The current task is to fill the newly developed brand “J+P Group” with life. For more than a year now, we have been helping the client with brand building. In addition to a new website and intranet, we are currently implementing internal communication (intranet, creating opportunities for exchange, events, etc.) and external communication (customer communication, measures to attract new customers, media relations, etc.). And indeed: the group is slowly but surely growing together.
