Beauty goes digital: Information can also be conveyed digitally and via video talk, stories can be told, emotions can be aroused and a new product can be introduced. As part of the launch of the anti-ageing care product Deanol Triple-Lifting Cream, the product developer and Dr Muggenthaler commissioned Kontx to inform relevant Swiss media about their new product the possibilities of non-invasive facial surgery and to offer informative insights.
To reach the national lifestyle press, Basel’s local media and selected influencers, Kontx organised a digital event that was streamed live on camera from Muggenthaler Ästhetik’s Basel practice via Zoom and Instagram. The client and agency opted for an informative dialogue format with the participation of the well-known Swiss stylist Luisa Rossi. Dr. Frank Muggenthaler and presenter Luisa Rossi talked about the possibilities of non-invasive facial surgery, Muggenthaler Ästhetik’s Medical Skin concept and the active ingredients of the Deanol Triple-Lifting Cream.
In the run-up to the event, Kontx organised an extensive press mailing to media in German- and French-speaking Switzerland as well as selected influencers. The mailing included an invitation to the event, a sample test product, a product flyer, the company profile and a personal presentation of Dr. Frank Muggenthaler.
The insights from the talk at the digital event were placed in renowned Swiss lifestyle media such as Hochedel, Annabelle and Stilpalast. The local media Oberbaselbieter Zeitung also reported on the event.
